Introduction

Encoding invoices in an ERP or related systems is a tedious task that often keeps the user from doing more productive tasks. For this reason, we have developed Quantraum NVoice, which is an AI system that aims toward analysing .pdf invoices, by extracting important fields.

Among those important fields, we can find the invoice number, the emitting company, its VAT number, bought products and services, beside several others.
